Common questions
Product design questions.
Do you only design, or can you build it too?
Both. Design hands over production-ready specs and works closely with engineering, and our product engineering team can take the same project through to a shipped product. You are not left translating a Figma file into a build brief on your own.
What do we receive at the end of a design engagement?
Production-ready Figma files with the specs engineering needs to build from: components, states, spacing and behaviour, plus the design system those components live in so the product stays consistent as it grows.
Do you test designs with real users?
Yes. Real users test every significant design decision before handover, and we run usability sessions rather than relying on internal opinion. We measure a design by what users do with it, not by how it looks in a presentation.
Do you work with our existing brand?
Yes. We design the product interface within the brand you already have: your palette, type and tone applied to real screens and states. We do not create brand identities or logos, so if you need one, that happens before we start.
Should we start with MVP design or a product redesign?
MVP design is for going from a blank page to something investors can demo and users can learn from. Product redesign is for a product that already works but where users are struggling, churning or telling you it feels dated. If you are unsure, the audit at the start of a redesign will tell you which one you are really in.
