Product Redesign .
UX and product redesign in the UK. We audit what is broken, learn what users need, and deliver a redesign your team can ship incrementally.
What's included
Everything you get.
A structured product redesign. Audit, strategy, design, and an implementation plan your team can actually execute.
UX Audit
Heuristic evaluation, session recording analysis (Hotjar, FullStory), funnel data review, and stakeholder interviews. a diagnosis before a prescription.
User Research
Moderated interviews or unmoderated tests with users who match your actual customer profile. Not assumptions.
Information Architecture Redesign
Navigation, content hierarchy, and mental model alignment. Fixing the structural issues before touching visual design.
High-Fidelity UI Redesign
New design system or evolution of your existing one. Consistent components, clear visual hierarchy, accessibility-compliant.
Incremental Implementation Plan
We prioritise redesign changes by impact and effort. So you can ship improvements sprint by sprint, not wait for a big-bang launch.
Handover & Design System
Figma files with component library, token system, and dev-mode annotations. Your design and engineering teams work from the same source of truth.
Why clients come to us
Problems we fix.
The problem
Users say the product is hard to use but you can't pinpoint why
Our solution
We run a UX audit. Heuristic review, session recordings, task analysis. And give you a prioritised list of what's actually breaking the experience.
The problem
A previous redesign failed because engineering couldn't build it as designed
Our solution
We design with the constraints of your stack and team in mind. Incremental design that ships feature by feature, not a full rebuild.
The problem
Your onboarding is the longest section and users still don't activate
Our solution
We redesign activation flows specifically. From the empty state to the first 'aha moment'. With testable hypotheses at every step.
The problem
Stakeholders all have different opinions on what's broken and no one agrees on priorities
Our solution
We ground the redesign in evidence, not opinion. Usage data, session recordings and support tickets tell us what to fix first.
How we work
A process you can follow.
Four stages. Each one has a clear output before the next starts.
- 01 Discovery
Audit the experience
We learn what's confusing users, what's costing conversions, and what to fix first.
- 02 Design
Redesign with intent
A fresh interface and improved flows — agreed and validated before build begins.
- 03 Build
Rebuild without breaking it
We modernise in stages. Every release reviewed and tested against the live product.
- 04 Run
Stand behind it
Monitoring, support and iterations after launch — we don't disappear at go-live.
Common questions
Quick answers.
Should we redesign or rebuild from scratch?
Almost always redesign. Rebuilds are slower, lose user familiarity, and delay value. We only recommend a clean slate when the existing design is architecturally incompatible with where you're going.
How do you avoid disrupting users with a big redesign?
We plan redesigns incrementally. New UI alongside old, tested with a subset of users before rollout. Feature flags and beta cohorts let you gather real feedback before committing.
How long does a product redesign take?
A UX audit alone takes 2–3 weeks. A full redesign with user research, information architecture, and high-fidelity UI typically runs 8–14 weeks depending on product size.
Can you work alongside our existing design team?
Yes. We often embed alongside in-house designers for a sprint or two, then hand back. We're comfortable in collaborative Figma workspaces and design-review workflows.
