MVP Design .
MVP design for UK startups. Focused, functional product design investors can demo, users can learn from and engineers can build without guesswork.
What's included
Everything you get.
A complete MVP design. From strategy to handover-ready Figma file.
Discovery & Scoping
User personas, jobs-to-be-done, feature prioritisation (MoSCoW), and a defined MVP scope. Agreed before design starts.
User Flow Mapping
Every path through your product mapped. Onboarding, core tasks, error states, edge cases. So nothing is designed in isolation.
Wireframes
Low-fidelity layouts tested against your user flows before visual design begins. Fast to change, cheap to iterate.
High-Fidelity UI Design
Production-ready screens in Figma. Typography, spacing, colour, interactions. Built on a component system your developers can reuse.
Clickable Prototype
A navigable prototype for user testing and investor demos. Linked screens, key interactions, realistic enough to provoke genuine feedback.
Design System & Handover
A component library, spacing system, and design tokens. So engineering builds once and stays consistent. Figma handover with annotations.
Why clients come to us
Problems we fix.
The problem
You have a product idea but can't articulate what the first version actually is
Our solution
We run a scoping workshop that turns your vision into a feature list, user flows, and a clickable prototype. In two weeks.
The problem
Your current designs are too vague for developers to build without constant back-and-forth
Our solution
We produce design-ready files. Components, states, annotations. That developers can implement without guessing.
The problem
You need a demo to raise a pre-seed round but can't build the product yet
Our solution
A high-fidelity, clickable prototype in Figma. Realistic enough to demo, fast enough to produce before your investor meeting.
The problem
You keep adding ‘just one more feature’ and the MVP never actually ships
Our solution
We help you draw a hard line around what's truly essential for version one, and park everything else for after launch.
How we work
A process you can follow.
Four stages. Each one has a clear output before the next starts.
- 01 Discovery
Understand the problem
We learn your users, your market and what success looks like before we design anything.
- 02 Design
Design the core product
The essential flows and interface — scoped tightly, agreed before build begins.
- 03 Build
Ship something real
A working, testable product, not a prototype — built and reviewed properly.
- 04 Run
Learn and iterate
We help you read early usage and iterate fast, with support after launch.
Common questions
Quick answers.
How long does MVP design take?
Discovery and wireframes: 1–2 weeks. High-fidelity UI and prototype: 2–3 weeks. A complete MVP design typically runs 4–6 weeks depending on complexity.
Do you do user testing?
Yes. We can run moderated usability sessions with recruited participants, or set up unmoderated testing via tools like Maze or UserTesting. We recommend at least one round before you commit to building.
Can you design the MVP and then build it too?
Yes. We can hand over to your engineering team, or our product engineering team can build from our own designs. Eliminating the translation gap entirely.
What file format do you deliver in?
Figma. The standard for modern product teams. We deliver organised frames, auto-layout components, and dev-mode annotations so your engineers have everything they need.
