Common questions
Website development questions.
What is the difference between your website services?
Corporate websites are for established firms that need to signal credibility. Portfolio websites are for individuals presenting their own work. eCommerce is for selling. Startup landing pages are for turning campaign traffic into signups. Medical professional sites are trust-first builds for GPs, consultants and clinics.
Do you use templates?
No. We build each site around your customers and the one action you need them to take, whether that is a sales enquiry, a booking or a checkout. A template decides your structure before anyone has asked what the site is for.
Which platform or stack will you use?
Whatever fits the brief. React, Astro, Webflow or Shopify are all in regular use, and the choice follows from who maintains the site afterwards and what it needs to do. We explain the trade-off rather than defaulting to one stack.
Do you handle maintenance after launch?
Yes, through ongoing maintenance plans covering performance tuning, security patching and dependency upgrades, plus refinements to the interface as you learn what visitors actually do.
Can the site integrate with our other systems?
Yes. We build bespoke APIs and connect third-party services such as payment gateways, booking systems and CRMs, so the website is part of how the business runs rather than a separate island.
